As we continue to grow our footprint, were on the lookout for a sharp, motivated, and energetic Sales Manager & Coordinator to join our expanding team in Delhi NCR.

    What Youll Be Doing:

    This role combines sales execution, relationship management, and on-ground coordination to create a seamless brand experience at retail.

    • Sales Strategy Execution: Achieve sales targets across retail partners and ensure consistent revenue growth
    • Partner Network Management: Maintain and grow relationships with opticians, retailers, and distributors
    • Field Coordination: Visit stores regularly, ensure product visibility, branding, and promotional material implementation
    • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new optical stores and retail partners in NCR
    • Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and dealer activities
    • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, share insights, and recommend improvements based on ground-level feedback

    Who Were Looking For:

    Were looking for someone who enjoys working on the field, thrives on achieving targets, and understands how retail works in the eyewear or FMCG space.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or coordination (preferably in eyewear, fashion, FMCG, or similar segments)
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Proven track record of sales achievement and territory management
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other coordination tools
    • Highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated personality
    • Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR

    Mandatory Requirement:

    • Must own a personal car for daily field visits and meetings

    Educational Qualification:

    • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline
