Job Description
- Sales Strategy Execution: Achieve sales targets across retail partners and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Partner Network Management: Maintain and grow relationships with opticians, retailers, and distributors
- Field Coordination: Visit stores regularly, ensure product visibility, branding, and promotional material implementation
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new optical stores and retail partners in NCR
- Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and dealer activities
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, share insights, and recommend improvements based on ground-level feedback
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or coordination (preferably in eyewear, fashion, FMCG, or similar segments)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of sales achievement and territory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other coordination tools
- Highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
- Must own a personal car for daily field visits and meetings
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline
