JOB PROFILE:

 

Quarterly & yearly compliances under various SEBI Regulations.
Compliances and filing of FLA return with RBI.
Drafting of various policies for the Companies in accordance with the SEBI Regulations & Companies Act.
Filing of forms with MCA for ensuring multiple Compliances.
Preparation and Drafting of Notices, Agenda, Minutes of Board, Committee and General Meetings.
Other end to end Secretarial compliance works.
Assisting Existing Team in day to day activity.
