Scope of Role
The Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Plays a role in technical projects and contributing to the overall success of the development team.
The position is accountable for management of the full process: implementation, testing, and deployment of our MES system and offers third-level support for the system alongside the team.
Responsibilities for Employment
Software Development Implementation
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across the entire technology stack.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices in software development.
- Implement, test, and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Collaboration Teamwork
- Work closely with development teams in Sweden and India to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
System Architecture Performance Optimization
- Design and implement scalable and efficient systems that align with business needs.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability under various conditions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, including technology selection and system design improvements.
Technical Support Maintenance
- Provide third-level support to the production team in Sweden, addressing critical issues and ensuring system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.
Innovation Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company-wide policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on project needs.
Qualifications
Education :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.
Years and Type of Experience :
- 5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions in an agile environment, preferably in a production setting.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft development suite: C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, ASPX-forms, NServiceBus and Microservices.
Key Skills, Knowledge Capabilities:
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
