The Manager must have broad knowledge of all different aspects of the technical landscape, as well as robust Cloud domain knowledge and the leadership skills to leverage a team of resources in support of Cloud based service support across Invesco s global operation.
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
Manage daily operations, incidents, requests, and changes to Cloud services in line with business requirements and security guidelines
Develop standardized process and automation to aid in efficiency and stability of services
Engage vendor partners to aid in incident resolution and manage service delivery
Ensure the maintenance of technical diagrams, documentation and associated system processes & procedures
Work closely with other leaders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the global Technology infrastructure
Develop strong team members and enhance our employees career and professional development
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and erratic temperatures.
Normally works a varied shift, comprising a schedule of hours somewhere in between the start and end of business hours. However, number of hours may vary depending upon the situation, project or assignment.
Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24-hour on-call support.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Proven, real world work experience in leading the deployment of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS technologies
Leadership experience managing team and technical leads across geographic regions
Background of working in a regulated industry sector and for global firms preferred
All around understanding of technologies, including but not limited to: AWS and Azure platforms; Cloud based services and security such as EKS and IAM; General design principles for applications, data services, and networking.
Advanced Experience with Agile working and Continuous Integration/Delivery

Formal Education: ( minimum requirement to perform job duties )
