What You Will Do:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and digital assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.


• Experience in Implementation and Configuration of SFMC Email Studio (Creative, Data Extensions, Triggered Sends)


• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.


• Ensure compatibility across various email clients and devices using responsive design best practices.


• Customize dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript, Data Extensions, and Salesforce data.


• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize email rendering across platforms (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).


• Maintain SFMC assets and ensure code consistency, scalability, and adherence to brand guidelines.


• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.


• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and email development best practices.

Technical Skills you bring in:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email development (inline styles, table-based layouts, responsive design).


• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, especially Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.


• Knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic and personalized email content.


• Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email deliverability best practices.


• Experience in email development, preferably within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. Youll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel : Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel.
