Job Description

Bank and CC Reconciliations
Payroll Entries and Reconciliations
AR/AP
Preparing Cashflow
Month-End JE (Prepaid, Accruals, Depreciation Etc.)
Review Financials
Timely follow-up and receipt of client information
Accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work
Effectively ensures client needs are responded in a timely manner

Candidate Profile:

Relevant Experience of 2 to 4 Years
Proficient in AppFolio, Buildium Software as well as good experience in US property management
Master of Commerce Degree or equivalent
Good communication both written and oral
Strong in basics concepts of Accounting
To work independently and lead/train a team
Team Player
