Job Description
We seek experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) consultants to join our dynamic HR technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to ensure seamless HR processes and an exceptional user experience. This role requires deep expertise in SF EC, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including system configuration, workflows, business rules, and integrations with other HR and non-HR systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within SF EC.
- System Optimization: Provide expertise in optimising Employee Central processes, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and organisational goals.
- Data Migration & Integrity: Manage data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Integration Support: Work with technical teams to design and implement integrations between SF EC and other systems (e.g., payroll, time management, or third-party applications) using Integration Centre or middleware like SAP CPI.
- User Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to HR teams and end-users.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and apply updates or enhancements as needed to maintain system reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure HR processes and configurations comply with organisational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2 full-cycle SF EC implementations.
- Experience with integrations using Integration Centre, SAP CPI, or other middleware is a plus.
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (Associate or Professional) strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SF EC functionalities, including position management, time off, global benefits, and workflows.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance) is a plus.
- Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-orientated environment.
