We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd , are urgently looking for a Systems Engineer for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be an experienced IT Engineer with good communication skills and technical exposure in Windows, Networking and Cloud.

JTSi Technologies India Private Limited is a US based IT Co, with 20+ years into business. Our global offices are in Washington DC & New Jersey USA, and our Indian HQ is in Bangalore.

Details are as follows:

Designation : Systems Engineer

Qualification : Any Graduation + MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/RHCE

Experience : Minimum 3 Year to 6 Years

Skillsets : Windows, Cloud, Networking, Virtual Machines.

Remuneration : Salary ranges will be the best in the industry.

Job Timings : 09.30 AM 06.30 PM ( Monday Friday )

Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Good knowledge in the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of OS, Software, and Hardware.

2. Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concern.

3. Experience in Installation and Configuration of Windows Software and Linux Packages.

4. Experience setting up LAN, WAN, Wireless and Network connectivity.

5. Good Understanding with Routers, Switches and Firewalls.

6. Knowledge in Backup Solutions and Antivirus.

7. Knowledge in Databases and patch management.

8. Hands on experience on Windows 2012 /2016/2019 servers.

9. Hands on experience in Windows / AD / DNS / DHCP/ Windows Backup /VMware (Virtual Machines)

10. Create and maintain technical documentation using professional guidelines and industry best practices.

11. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills for efficient troubleshooting.

12. Experience in cloud services like Azure, AWS and Office 365.

13. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A self-starter & quick learner.
