Position: Snowflake Developer

Experience: 6+ years

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, implement, and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Snowflakes architecture, SQL scripting, performance tuning, and integration with ETL/ELT tools.

• Design and develop data models, schemas, and pipelines in Snowflake.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
• Optimize query performance, indexing, clustering, and partitioning for large datasets.
• Develop stored procedures, UDFs, and views to support business logic.
• Manage Snowflake security, role-based access control (RBAC), and data governance.
• Integrate Snowflake with various data sources using Python, AWS/Azure/GCP, or ETL tools (Informatica, dbt, Talend, etc.).
• Implement best practices for data warehousing, data lake, and real-time analytics.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI teams, and Analysts to support reporting and analytics.

• 6+ years of experience working with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise in SQL, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Matillion, Talend, or Informatica.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services like S3, Lambda, Data Factory, or Cloud Functions.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact Dimension Tables).
• Experience with Python/Shell scripting for automation and data transformations.
• Understanding of CI/CD for Snowflake development using Git, Terraform, or dbt.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake security, access controls, and compliance standards.
