Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure hub opening/closing aligns with operational standards.

Supervise sorters and oversee shipment sorting by route.

Plan and allocate deliveries based on available resources.

Train team members on operational standards.

Create and assign run sheets /pickup sheets to Wish Masters.

Prepare reports, manage emails, and execute ERP transactions.

Handle cash collection, reconciliation, and ERP updates.

Support deliveries/pickups when needed.

Lead and motivate the team; manage attrition and grievances.

Support adoption of new policies and processes.

Track undelivered shipments and follow up with customers.

Monitor Wish Masters real-time performance and provide enroute support.

Ensure zero stock variance daily.

Achieve team KPIs aligned with company goals.
