Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and requests from the customer and help them with the flight and car rental bookings & PNR Updating.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound travel queries related to flight and car rentals.
• Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking, re-issuance, and cancellations.
• Provide end-to-end travel assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy in bookings and adhere to process and compliance standards.
• Maintain service levels in a rotational shift setup.

ELIGIBILITY-

• Minimum 2 years of experience using Amadeus GDS (certificate not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills with C1 or B2 level English proficiency.
• Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and 5.5 days a week.
