u25CF Posting Job Openings.

u25CF Handling incoming applications, shortlisting resumes, screening candidates and

collating received documentation.

u25CF Discussing with the Hiring Managers on a daily basis regarding the Open positions,

Candidate skill set, expertise, experience requirement.

u25CF Scheduling interviews based on the panelu2019s availability.

u25CF Following up with the candidates till their joining date.

u25CF Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities

u25CF Assisting with general office admin

Requirements

u25CF Bacheloru2019s Degree, preferably in HR or a related field

u25CF Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, especially Excel.

u25CF Strong administrative and document management skills

u25CF Excellent written and verbal communication

u25CF Willingness to learn & grow

u25CF Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

u25CF Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work

u25CF Strong interest in recruitment
