Job Description
- Take care of the employee life cycle from offer letter creation stage till exit process.
- HR Policies & Procedures (HR Operations)
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to team members.
- Employee HRMS Management
- Manage and operate our HRMS (KEKA) for various HR operations processes.
- Vendor Management
- End to end vendor management.
- Dealing with Management
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to management team for improvement of organization s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
- Operations System Development and Management
- Update and maintain operations manuals.
- Serve as contact person for employees regarding office operations.
