Utilize Creo software to create and modify complex 3D models, assemblies, and drawings as needed.

Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to optimize product manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Creo software to drive innovation and improve design capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in design engineering, with a focus on utilizing Creo software (Pro/ENGINEER) for complex product designs.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading design engineering teams.
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in conducting design analyses and simulations for structural, thermal, or fluid performance evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and practices.
Previous experience in the industry or relevant product development projects is highly desirable.
