Job Title: Business Analyst - Finance Module
Job Location: Indore
Experience: 3+ years
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementations to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for finance-related solutions
- Develop UI wireframes and mockups using Microsoft Visio.
- Manage all phases of software testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between customers, development teams, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct walkthroughs with department heads for requirement validation and process improvements.
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as a ScrumMaster.
- Maintain and organize documentation using SharePoint.
- Provide technical support, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in Finance & Accounting domains.
- Expertise in technical support, user interaction, and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with business process documentation, user stories, and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of mobile applications, executive presentations, and IT business analysis.
- Proficiency in database testing, problem-solving, and defining requirements.
- Excellent oral communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial workflows, and compliance requirements
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and provide sound mitigation strategies.
- Experience in managing change control processes and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive approach in researching product enhancements and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and contribute to long-term product roadmap
planning.
