FEA Engineer @ Bauer Corporate

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Execute the FEA projects independently from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to identify design improvements based on calculation results.
• Interact regularly with relevant design departments to drive project progress.

Profile Requirement:

Education

• Bachelor's and / or masters degrees in mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Strong foundation in:

Finite Element Methods, Engineering Design, Strength of Materials, Applied Mechanics

• Proficient in FEA tools: Siemens NX/SimCenter or similar packages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of FEA experience in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Engineering industry

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of initiative, independence, and diligence
• Strong eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
• Good social skills and ability to build long-term working relationships.

Desirable skills

• Ability and understanding of basic CAD functions
• Experience with Linear and Non-Linear Static Analysis, Fatigue / Durability Analysis using comparable commercially available FEA software
