We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Intern to support our sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding our reach across IT, software, and enterprise domains. This role will provide exposure to cutting-edge SaaS solutions, CRM tools, and enterprise software sales processes.
A dynamic salesperson also carries a light quota to stay up to date on the always-changing needs of clients and to be able to give more focused support to the team, combining general sales knowledge and the Atlassian / Github / SmartBear/ Monday.com/ Freshworks / Zendesk/Nagios/Azure/Jet Brains/ Inflectra/ Techsmith/ CheckMK platform.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation for products such as Atlassian Suite, Zoho CRM, Freshworks, and DevOps/ITSM solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Support the sales team in preparing product pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Help in maintaining and updating the CRM database (HubSpot, Zoho, etc) with accurate lead/client data.
Participate in outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls under guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, tech) to tailor client solutions.
Track and report sales KPIs and assist in building performance dashboards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, and enterprise technology
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc) is a plus
Basic understanding of IT/Software industry trends
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong research and analytical skills
Prior internship/project experience in sales, business development, or software is a bonus
