Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, with specific experience in cloud environments.


• Certifications : Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

Job Summary:

The Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization s cloud infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficient operation of cloud-based systems to support the organization s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Management : Oversee the day-to-day management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.


• System Deployment : Design, implement, and manage cloud systems and platforms.


• Performance Monitoring : Ensure the integrity and high availability of cloud infrastructures to provide maximum performance.


• Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.


• Backup and Recovery : Perform system backups and develop disaster recovery plans.


• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.


• User Support : Provide technical support and training to end-users on cloud applications and services.


• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and changes.


• Resource Optimization : Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources, including CPU, memory, and storage.


• Collaboration : Work closely with IT and security teams to monitor and enhance cloud privacy and security.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms : Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Networking : Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and security.


• Virtualization : Experience with virtualization technologies (e. g. , VMware, KVM).


• Scripting : Ability to write and understand scripts (e. g. , Python, Bash) for automation and management tasks.


• Security : Knowledge of cloud security measures, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.


• Backup Solutions : Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.


• Performance Monitoring : Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring cloud performance and troubleshooting issues.
