Job Title: People & Culture Specialist role

Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA (Onsite)

Shift Timings: 4 PM to 1 AM IST (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Conduct HR interviews, develop hiring strategies, and collaborate with managers for the right fit.
• Employee Engagement: Organize connect sessions, enhance workplace culture, and act as a liaison between employees and leadership.
• Employer Branding: Manage social media content and employer branding campaigns.
• Smooth Offboarding: Ensure seamless employee separation, conduct exit interviews, and handle transitions professionally.

What You Bring

• MBA in HR and Marketing from a reputed institute.
• 4-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, engagement, and branding.
• Strong communication and people-first mindset.
• Experience in social media for employer branding is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
