Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Manager to lead and enhance our Human Resources functions. This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent while fostering a positive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will collaborate with department heads and senior leadership, driving effective HR strategies and supporting workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify top talent through online portals, social media, job boards, and HR consultancies.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job sites.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, creating a positive integration experience.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering engagement.
Collaboration with HR Consultancies:
- Partner with HR agencies and consultants to strengthen sourcing pipelines.
- Evaluate consultancy performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and operations.
- Proficiency in using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and HR tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees and external partners.
- Ability to analyze and improve HR processes for efficiency.
