- Operational Management:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow management.
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with merchandising standards.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention and security procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle cash management, including till operations, cash counts, and bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock replenishment and resolve any discrepancies.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of store facilities and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
