We are looking for a Front Office Executive with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills. This role will be responsible to manage the Front Desk Operations and assist in Customer Relationship Management(CRM) based work.

1. Management of front office - reception area
2. Receiving calls - directing to concerned team members/taking down messages and ensuring their delivery
3. Attending visitors and guests
4. Maintaining Attendance
5. Supervising housekeeping and security
6. Supporting internal operations
7. Coordination for Interviews
8. Data Entry
9. Managing other admin & daily activities.
Desired skill set: -
1. Must be presentable.
2. Excellent communication skills primarily oral skills
3. Proficiency in using computers and telephone
4. Must be pro-active and flexible in approach
