We are currently seeking a Lead Software Architect to join our Bangalore team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working on large-scale systems, and is passionate about mentoring and leading development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable, high-performance architecture patterns across full stack systems.
- Led cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of data-intensive systems.
- Oversee system integrations, RESTful API development, and enterprise-grade database models.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and drive continuous technical improvement.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience (1014 years) with full stack application development and architecture.
- Proficient in PHP, with hands-on experience in Symfony or Laravel.
- Solid grasp of LAMP stack development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend expertise in Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, large-scale database design, and query optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with high-volume data handling, queueing techniques, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to cloud-native architecture and microservices.
