Job Description

Hiring for a Leading Pharma Company | Rajkot, Gujarat

Position: Import-Export Documentation & Logistics Executive
Experience: 12 Years
Education: Minimum Graduate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all import-export documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Invoices, and Commercial Agreements.

Ensure full compliance with import-export laws and regulations.

Coordinate and arrange transportation of goods.

Negotiate freight rates, taxes, and logistics charges.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.

Communicate with banks and relevant agencies for documentation purposes.

Follow up with transporters to ensure timely material handling and delivery.

Evaluate customer feedback and implement corrective measures.

Provide support and guidance to internal teams regarding logistics and documentation.
