Job Description

We are looking for passionate Academic Advisors (Freshers & Experienced) to join our Counseling & Sales team. If youre driven and want to make a difference in students' academic journeys, this is the role for you! Key responsibilities include:

 

Counseling & Query Handling

• Handle inbound queries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Provide detailed information on courses, programs, and admissions

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and emails
• Ensure prospective students have the necessary information to apply

Tele-Counseling & Database Management

• Conduct tele-counseling sessions to guide students toward the right programs
• Maintain and update the CRM system with student details and follow-up info

Sales & Target Achievement

• Convert leads into enrollments and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Track and report on sales performance and key metrics

Collaboration with Teams

• Work with marketing and admissions teams to meet lead generation and conversion goals
• Provide feedback to improve counseling processes and sales funnels
