- Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir Brand: Danube (Mens Clothing T-Shirts, Thermals) About Us: Danube is a growing mens clothing brand known for quality biowash t-shirts and thermal wear. We are expanding our footprint across Northern India and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand with energy and excellence. Job Description: We are seeking active, presentable, and system-oriented Sales Assistants to support our growth across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strong B2B relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales and expand retailer/distributor network in assigned territory. Present and promote Danube products to potential customers confidently and professionally. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper reporting through company systems and provide market feedback. Ensure effective product display, branding, and visibility at retail counters. Assist in organizing and attending trade events or local promotional activities. Coordinate with the central team for stock updates, dispatches, and order fulfillment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in garments, FMCG, or hosiery sectors. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states. Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable to structured working systems.
