Job Description

The Branch Manager - Agency Channel is a frontline leadership role responsible for managing a team of Insurance Managers (IMs) and agents within a specific unit, reporting to the Regional Head. This position focuses on driving sales targets, recruiting and activating agents, and ensuring operational efficiency at the unit level. The Unit Manager travels within the units territory to oversee performance, reduce attrition, and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the regions revenue and growth objectives while aligning with the strategies set by the Regional Head and Zonal Head.

• Requirements:-
  

• Age - 38 years maximum

• Experience - 7+ years (Minimum 5years in Agency channel Life Insurance including 2years in Team Handling)

• Package - 10 LPA Maximum (Also depends on last CTC)

• Channel - preferred Agency only 

• Permotation - Last company experience minimum 2 year and one permotion.

• Average Stability of 3 years plus

•  Excellent Communication skills
