Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager (Retail/Manufacturing Finance Operations)
Location: Kinshasa, DRC
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 10 to 15 Years (Only Indian Experience Considered)
Industry Preference: Retail or Manufacturing Setup

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end financial accounting operations including budgeting, cost control, compliance, reporting, and audits.

• Lead a team of accountants to ensure timely preparation of MIS, financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.

• Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions across departments.

• Implement internal controls and processes to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and cost-efficiency.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and statutory bodies to maintain legal and fiscal compliance.

• Support procurement and inventory teams with cost accounting, vendor payment management, and reconciliations.

• Ensure ERP implementation, optimization, and system integrity for finance workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and improve reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position in a Manufacturing or Retail setup
Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation, and financial reporting standards

• Proficiency in ERP tools like SAP / Oracle / Tally

• Leadership & team management in multi-location finance functions

• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
