4. *Impediment Removal*: Identify and remove impediments, facilitating communication and collaboration within teams.

Requirements
*Manual Testing*
1. *Testing Experience*: 2+ years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
2. Agile Methodologies*: Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.

1. *Communication*: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English
2. *Collaboration*: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product owners.
