Role & responsibilities
1. Achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annually) through effective sales funnel management for the assigned product/business
2. Managing relationships with vendor representatives for the assigned product/business
3. Managing relationships with channel partners for the assigned product/business and driving partner enablement programs
4. Ensuring on-time collections from channel partners and processing pay-outs on time
5. Responsible for MIS, reports generation, documentation, and compliance for the assigned product/business
Educational Qualification / Experience Desired:
1. Engineering Graduate (EE/ ECE/ ETC preferred), with a full-time MBA (Sales and Marketing specialization)
2. Experience of around 3+ years in sales function in EPC solar or Distribution (preferred)
3. Understanding of the sales, distribution, and channel management process in the Electrical / Solar / Manufacturing sector.
4. Ability to build strong relations with key stakeholders.
