The AI Platforms and Services (AIPS)team is a critical enabler of AI-driven innovation within the company. Wefunction as an internal service provider, delivering cutting-edge AI solutionsand infrastructure to various business units and data science teams. Ourmission is to empower the organization to leverage AI effectively, improveprocesses, and develop new AI-powered applications.

The AIPS team consists of four mainpillars:

• Secure and Scalable AIPlatforms: Building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure for AIdevelopment and deployment.
• AI Applications:Developing and deploying AI-powered applications tailored to specific businessneeds.
• AI FoundationalComponents: Creating reusable components and services to accelerate AIdevelopment across the organization.
• AI Solutioning andIntegration Services: Providing consulting and technical expertise to guidebusiness units in adopting AI.

We work closely with business unitsand data science teams across the enterprise to identify opportunities for AI,design solutions, and integrate them into their workflows. We are passionateabout leveraging the power of AI to solve complex business challenges andcreate value for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Spearhead research andexperimentation with cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to developinnovative enhancements for AI products within the team, pushing the boundariesof its capabilities.
• Own the development andmaintenance of a comprehensive suite of data analytics dashboards that providereal-time visibility into the performance of the AI product portfolio,influencing key strategic decisions.
• Uncover hiddenopportunities within vast datasets by applying advanced analytical techniques,driving data-informed decision-making across the portfolio products.
• Serve as a key bridgebetween data science and product development, translating complex findings intoclear, concise, and actionable product requirements.
• Architect, implement,and optimize intelligent features that power AI products that directlyimpacting user experience and business outcome.

Skills:

• Bachelors degree incomputer science, Engineering, or a related technical field with a strongfoundation in AI/ML principles.
• 5-8 years of experiencein data science, software engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python,with 3+ years of experience using relevant libraries for data manipulation,analysis, and visualization (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Strong SQL skills with 2+ years of experience in querying and manipulating large datasets fromrelational databases (e.g., BigQuery, MySQL).
• Experience developingand deploying interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools likeTableau or PowerBI (2+ years preferred).
• Proven experience withcloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Demonstrated experiencein applying data science methodologies to solve real-world business problems(3+ years).
• Strong interest in appliedresearch and development, and a passion for exploring new concepts andcontributing to the advancement of AI and Generative AI within the healthcare technology sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical findings tobusiness stakeholders.
