Role:
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy distribution network in his given area of responsibility both fixed(Hiring Sales Associates) and Variable( network of stores/freelancers)
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and onboard healthy network of stores/freelancers (Variable delivery Network).
2. Ensure timely payments to all small service partners through effective coordination with head office
3. Ensure roll out of programs and new initiatives in the given territory.
4. Field recruitment of Sales Executives/ Field Executives.
5. Source candidates through portal/campaigning/advertising/Social Media.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1-2 years off field recruitment experience in Maharashtra(hiring of salesforce/sales executive)
2. Clear understanding of Hiring life cycle of sales executives.
3. Must have his own bike and mandatory driving license.
4. Must be good &confident at overall communication skills.
5. Basic Excel knowledge mandatory.
6. Comfortable for travelling as it is a completely field job.
7. Should have practical exposure to multiple sources of hiring platforms.
