Job Description

Supporting cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cloud Support Associate (Fresher) to join our technical support team. This role involves supporting cloud infrastructure, assisting with day-to-day cloud operations, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and performance of cloud-hosted services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for cloud-based systems and applications.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security alerts.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve basic technical issues related to cloud services.
• Work with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, networking).
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
