Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This is a field-based, individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct sales to SME clients and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, product demos, and deal closures
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the SME market
  • Work on-ground in the allocated territory to drive client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, preferably in software/HR/payroll services
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer needs
  • Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned territory
  • Male candidates preferred for this field-intensive role

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Fixed CTC: 3.0 LPA to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
  • Incentives: Monthly & weekly performance-based incentives
  • Other Benefits: Medical Insurance, PF, Travel Allowance, and additional performance bonuses through Smart Incentive Plans
