Summary:

Join our dynamic AI Platforms andServices (AIPS) team, part of the AI Center of Excellence, as a TechnicalProject Manager! The AIPS team functions as a critical enabler of AI-driveninnovation across the enterprise, serving as an internal service providerdelivering cutting-edge AI solutions. In this pivotal role, you will manageprojects for AI products within the AIPS portfolio, ensuring on-time andwithin-budget delivery. You'll also play a key role in managing the SNOW(ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue and addressinguser issues, requiring a blend of technical understanding and excellentcommunication skills. The AI Platforms and Services (AIPS)team is a critical enabler of AI-driven innovation within the company. Wefunction as an internal service provider, delivering cutting-edge AI solutionsand infrastructure to various business units and data science teams. Ourmission is to empower the organization to leverage AI effectively, improveprocesses, and develop new AI-powered applications.

The AIPS team consists of four mainpillars:

  • Secure and Scalable AIPlatforms: Building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure for AI development and deployment.
  • AI Applications:Developing and deploying AI-powered applications tailored to specific businessneeds.
  • AI FoundationalComponents: Creating reusable components and services to accelerate AIdevelopment across the organization.
  • AI Solutioning andIntegration Services: Providing consulting and technical expertise to guidebusiness units in adopting AI.

We work closely with business unitsand data science teams across the enterprise to identify opportunities for AI,design solutions, and integrate them into their workflows. We are passionateabout leveraging the power of AI to solve complex business challenges andcreate value for our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fulllifecycle of projects for different AI products within the team portfolio usingAgile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage the SNOW(ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue for AIPS products,resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timelyresolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely withengineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solutiondesign, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Proactively trackproject progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concisestatus reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintaincomprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines,budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effectivecommunication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders,ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experiencein technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-relatedprojects.
  • Proven experienceworking within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technicalaptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AIconcepts.
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability toeffectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
