Security Engineer @ Myrsa Technology

Job Description

• Introduce and Build a culture of security engineering @ Myrsa Does not take a check the box mentality to security
• Be a champion for Information Security within the company and to external parties
• Knowledge of Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, TACACS, IPSEC, SNMP, SYSLOG)
• Lead the development and oversight of required corrective action plans relating to security risks and compliance requirements
• Identify and fix vulnerabilities across our platform and make services out of it.
• Web applications Mobile apps Servers: linux, OS X, Windows, Android, iOS
• Drive proactive identification of threats to the environment and rapid deployment of countermeasures
• Interact directly with the security community regarding vulnerabilities and threats
• Analyze, assess, and respond to various internet threats
• Understand the security needs of internal and external stakeholders, regulators, and auditors
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Device Hardening, Application Security Assessments
• Develop and implement automation for functional security tests Insatiable attitude towards secure and quality products
