Role & responsibilities
QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards, regulations, and specifications.
-Developing and implementing quality assurance plans, overseeing inspections and testing, managing documentation, and collaborating with various teams to address quality issues.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companys management.
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager.
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
-Ensuring compliance: Making sure the project adheres to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
-Creating and maintaining quality control documentation: This includes reports, non-conformance reports, and other records.
-Overseeing inspections and testing: This involves monitoring and verifying the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
-Managing non-conformance reports: Identifying, documenting, and addressing any deviations from quality standards.
-Conducting audits: Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Preferred candidate profile
Skills- Quality Assurance & Control, Quality check, Quality audit, Quality management.
Certification- Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001-2015.
Qualification-BE/B.Tech- Civil engineering. Min 15- 25 years of experince in construction industry
Industry- Data center, airport or industrial construction project
