Job Description

For Chief Technical Officer (CTO), we seek for a versatile technology stud who will be able to effectively handle all tech architecture of the organization. Duties And Responsibilities To be able to make and lead technically sound architecture for the company To be able to lead technical demonstrations by establishing suitable alignment between technology demo and solution To be able to understand clients requirement and provide best possible technical solution. Handle and work in coordination with technical teams while giving them insights to do better Help in generating/editing technical content that could be of best use to the company To be able to organize and attend various technical workshops to keep a pace with ongoing and new trends in the technology arena As a deep diver of technical work, be able to create best possible technological solutions by leading the engineers team towards better goals To be able to effectively handle all technical staff within and outside the organization also To be able to prepare technical reports to RFPs and all other documents as and when required To make sure all system and technical requirements are under budgetary provisions To be able to track team performance and discuss with senior management on regular basis Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's /Master's of technology in Computer Science or related field Strong hand on coding experience and other relevant technicalities Strong and sound product development knowledge Hands on experience in technical leadership roles Sound knowledge of modern technologies such as AWS/Google Cloud, Linux/Unix, Java Script, AI etc Good oral and written business communication skills Have an innovative mindset to give success oriented solutions,
