Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Home Loans
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Reports To: Zonal Sales Head / National Sales Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our Home Loan business across the Coimbatore region. The RSM will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches, driving sales performance, managing branch sales teams, and building strong channel partner networks to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead home loan sales operations across the Coimbatore region.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.

Monitor performance of Branch Sales Managers and their respective teams; guide them to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, builder/channel partner tie-ups, and DSA networks.

Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities and consumer trends.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational credit policies and processes.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Drive training, motivation, and performance management of branch sales staff.

Generate and review region-wise MIS reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 710 years of experience in Home Loan sales, including 34 years in a regional leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore market, builder ecosystem, and local business environment.

Proven ability to lead large sales teams and deliver consistent results.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in regional language (Tamil) is preferred.
