Job Description
- Develop and maintain an internal audit program that evaluates the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures.
- Identify risk areas and create audit plans that address those areas.
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure all audits are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and communicate audit results with management and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in regulations.
- Maintain a collaborative and constructive relationship with all levels of management and staff.
- Conduct special investigations or ad hoc projects as assigned by the senior management.
