Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support our overseas HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and ensure a positive employee experience. The candidate will support the Senior HR Manager in driving organizational culture, handling day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Experience in HRMS, grievance handling, and managing employee lifecycle processes is crucial. The role also includes coordinating training programs and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in HR or a related field
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations
Preferred Background: Candidates from retail, services, or corporate sectors with hands-on HR generalist exposure

Mobility: Must be willing to relocate and adapt to an international work environment

Salary Range: $800 $1000 USD (Based on experience & capabilities)
