Drive quality engineering, improve the quality of our software delivery and streamline test automation with a focus on improving our QA function
Guiding and developing a team of QA engineers; responsible for the overall quality assurance of technical solutions, performance management and career coaching of QA team members and managing stakeholders
Improving the QA scorecards to capture all new processes and procedures
Ensuring timely reporting of QA metrics in a weekly/monthly manner
Identifying process improvements and learning gaps
Mentoring employees, monitoring their progress, goals, and removing blockers that prevent them from performing well. Providing guidance and support to agents with their long-term career journey
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field (e. g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) with 8- 11 years of relevant experience in building QA teams
Proven track record of working as a QA SME and experienced in implementing a range of QA projects in the areas of full stack solutions, Data Engineering and Data Science solutions in an agile environment.
Manual & Automation testing
Expertise in common tools used in SDLC for Requirement Management, Test Case Management, Defect Management, Software Configuration Management, Release Management, Deployment Management, and open-source automation
Experience with multiple testing techniques for database, API, Performance & web application testing in the Cloud, Acceptability testing.
Experience in testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, Sonarcube
Testing frameworks
Certifications in Testing (ISTQB), or relevant data technologies would be beneficial
