Role & responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing and Screening applications through job Boards
Coordinate, schedule, follow-up with candidates and Conduct interviews
Maintain & update the HRMS dashboards.
Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Track, trace & oversee all Talent related actions on PRISM portal
Help manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) content
Support Content Creation, HRMS automation and Requirements
Carry out Background Verification of the Candidates
Preferred candidate profile :
Potential candidate from BE / B. Tech with MBA preferred
Good Communication skills
Earlier experience as HR/Talent acquisition intern
Willing to Learn and Travel
Knowledge in Niche/cutting-edge technologies like IOT, Cloud, AI, ML etc.
