Job Description
Position: Circle Head - Operations
Experience: 15 to 20 years in FMCG / QSR
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Location: Multiple locations across India (Candidates should be open to relocation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of 1215 retail outlets within a designated region.
- Lead and manage teams across four critical areas: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with HR to assess and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company processes related to people, product, and assets.
- Uphold compliance standards across all stores and regional office.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Maintenance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, HR, finance, and maintenance functions.
