Job Title: Senior AI/ML Architect
Location: Chennai, India

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient solutions in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Architect and develop end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of AI models and algorithms, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning to identify and implement innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 15-20 years of overall IT experience, with over 10 years in AI/ML roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services and platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations in AI.
