INSPHERE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for BD manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
  • Lead Generation:Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online research
  • Develop and maintain a lead tracking system
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand clients' needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Close deals and ensure successful contract execution
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives
  • Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and key performance indicators
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Networking:Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts and stay updated on industry trends
