Job Description

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, which may include businesses, organizations, or households in need of domestic staffing solutions
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competition, and potential areas for business growth within the domestic staffing sector
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, which may involve cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new ones
  • This may involve regular communication, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients, outlining the services offered and the benefits of partnering with the staffing agency
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership
  • Revenue Growth: Set revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve them, which may include upselling additional staffing services to existing clients
