Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and manage budgeting for the regional office.
- Conduct site visits and live demos to demonstrate product value to clients.
- Manage relationships with developers and generate new clients within the territory.
- Oversee payment collections with the help of the Collection Executive.
- Regularly review team performance and hold monthly meetings at the regional office.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and introduce new products.
- Plan, budget, and coordinate marketing initiatives, including open houses.
- Provide sales training to the team.
- Convince prospective clients of the organizations suitability for their needs.
- Arrange advertising to promote properties.
- Update clients about new properties on the market.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and screen them for purchase viability.
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at fair prices.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update property listings.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listings.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
- Bangalore real estate experience is mandatory.
- Experience in team handling would be a plus.
- Should be comfortable with field work.
- Must be under 32 years of age.
- Must own a vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Residing in Bangalore..
