We provide customers on site service in more than 45 cities. Were looking for a passionate and organized individual to help manage the daily work of our field service engineers, you will be a key part the Customer Experience & Workforce Management team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans for field operations to meet organizational goals
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of field activities with overall business strategies
- Implement efficient routing and scheduling for field executives to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
- Supervise and lead a team of field executives, providing guidance, support and training as needed
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, implementing improvements and addressing any issues that may arise
- Act as a bridge between field staff and higher management, conveying important information, updates, and feedback
- Build clear communication channels within the field team to enhance collaboration and information flow
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that field activities adhere to established standards and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and preventive measures
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any other field
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and any other tools relevant to the industry
- Understanding of Google Maps and ability to use it optimally
- Understanding of different geographies of India and cities
