Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Care Executive for our Diagnostics division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless diagnostic service experience. A strong background in healthcare, particularly diagnostics or lab operations, is essential.
Key Responsibility :
1. Coordinate, Troubleshoot & Document:
Liaise with laboratories to resolve technical or logistical issues and communicate any delays.
Identify service bottlenecks and initiate appropriate follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
2. Elevate Customer Satisfaction:
Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Deliver timely and accurate information and updates to customers regarding diagnostic services.
3. Resolve Customer Issues:
Handle customer queries through calls and emails with professionalism and speed.
Conduct consistent follow-ups and escalate unresolved cases to ensure resolution.
